Use the enquiry form and contact options for genuine requests, and do not submit spam, harmful content or misleading information. Do not attempt to access private areas or interfere with the website’s operation. Browsing the website or sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking or start paid work.
Project scope and changes
The pages, features, deliverables, responsibilities and review process for each project must be agreed in a written proposal or project agreement. Service descriptions on this website outline possible work. Additional pages, features or changes outside the agreed scope need to be discussed and confirmed before they are added. Changes to cost or delivery dates must be confirmed in writing.
Fees, payments and cancellations
Each project requires a written agreement on fees, payment stages and any third-party costs. Cancellation and refund arrangements must also be confirmed for that project before work begins. Package descriptions on this website do not create a fixed-price offer. Prices shown in concept previews are illustrative; the previews do not accept orders or payments.
Content, ownership and previews
Use copyright-protected material only where you have the necessary permission, a suitable licence or an applicable legal exception. If you supply text, images, logos or other content for a project, you must have the right to use it. Rights to deliverables, source code, designs and third-party assets must be set out in the project agreement and relevant licences. FORM and STILL are visual concepts, not commissioned client projects. Their interactive previews do not create orders or take payments.
Website access and project support
The website and its content may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Maintenance, ongoing support, response times and delivery schedules for a project are agreed separately. Updates to this website do not by themselves change an existing written project agreement. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
